The Yin Yin Music Studio would like to extend its sincerest gratitude to Khia Koh and Rachel Teoh for their benevolence in providing scholarships for the 2025-2026 musical year. The following students have achieved outstanding results in the Marathon Practice:
Junior Division: 1st Place: Amberly Koh,
2nd Place: Tiffany Chen, 3rd Place: Madi Zhang.

Senior Division: 1st Place: Joanna Lee, 2nd Place: Harvey Chang, 3rd Place: Kimberly Zhang, Honorable Mention: Daniel Rigali.

Adult Division: 1st Place: Ethan Wu, 2nd Place: Jesse Lin, 3rd Place: Annie Lam. The award recipients will receive the following prizes: 1st Place ($200), 2nd Place ($100), 3rd Place ($50), Honorable Mention ($20).

I am so proud of my student - Jesse Lin won the First Place of IAPMT International Grand Competition, Spring 2026
Jesse not only earned First Place, but was also selected as a Top Score Winner. In recognition of his outstanding performance, he has been awarded a $150 scholarship toward the OpusOne International Music Festival.

Jesse also got invited to perform at Weill Recital, Carnegie Hall on May for winning 3rd place on American Protege International Music Talents. Jesse performed frequently for FTPC, Villa Gardens Retirement Community and Senior Centers.

Congratulations to Yin Yin Huang's piano students, Hanna Tatsuki's violin student, and guest pianist Yue-Fun Chuang, who delivered exceptional performances at the Villa Vista recital hall, held at Villa Gardens in Pasadena on Harvest Festival, November 2, 2025. Sincere appreciation is extended to Katherine Custodio, Executive Director of Villa Gardens activities, as well as program chairs Annie Lam and Amberly Koh. Gratitude is also expressed to Khai and Rachel Koh for capturing photos and videos. As November serves as a reminder to express gratitude, we acknowledge the profound impact of musical journeys on creating a better world.

黃煐媖老師創作鋼琴曲「絲路-原創主題和變奏」與三重奏作曲「心路歷程」獲選，在2025年2月17日，於紐約 Carnegie Hall 著名的康乃基演奏廳 Weill Recital Hall 盛會 Laureates Gala 演出。黃老師傾情演奏鋼琴作曲「絲路－主題與變奏曲」（請見video 後段精彩實況剪輯），並與小提琴家Shelly Ren 以及大提琴家嚴淩共同演出三重奏作曲「心路歷程」。不僅彰顯深厚的創作實力，也突顯華裔音樂家在國際樂壇的影響力。

歷史悠久的「絲路」行經不同的地域，黃煐媖老師貫串各種文化風情，創作鋼琴曲「絲路-原創主題和變奏」Silk Road on Original Theme & Variations。講座分享創作歷程，循著絲路路徑，講述各地音樂特色，並現場彈奏各個樂章的變奏創意。
