Citizens need to know what’s going on with 101 Brady. There have been no updates for months. The old Perrigo labeling plant, originally part of the revamped hotel concept has apparently been sold off. It’s obvious this location will never be a hotel.

Now we have word that the former owners of the Brady St property, CL Enterprises is pushing back on the finish date at least 3 additional months regarding their hotel project in Hillsdale. Their deadline has been extended beyond April 2025. How much longer should we expect a dirt hole next to the Secondary Street Bridge? It’s no surprise that council members who approved this project are now leaving council. This will now give new council members plausible deniability as the dirt continues to be pushed around.

CL Real Estate now has until Dec. 31 to complete construction on the Keefer Hotel after the Hillsdale City Council voted to extend its deadline.
