Wow! What a day!

Thank you to everyone who came out! It was an awesome day and the weather was perfect!

We appreciate all your support and hope you all had a great ride! This fundraiser is what keeps our fire and EMS services going so we greatly appreciate you all!

Tomorrow's the day!!

We will be busy at the firehall all day today into late tonight. Facebook messages and emails will not be answered promptly as we will be out on the trail and setting up for tomorrow.

Our address is 253 route 16 south knapp creek, ny 14760. Once you get into knapp creek there will be signs and people directing you to parking areas!

**Reminder this event is sold out and there is no walk in registration tomorrow!**

Please have your tickets printed out, it makes the line move quickly! At the very least have a screen shot of all your tickets on your phone pulled up and ready to go!

You must have a helmet, eye protection (goggles, visor, eye glasses, sunglasses all work. A windshield doesnt count) working brakes and a wristband to enter the trail. This is the same requirements every year and you also checked a box saying you agree to it when you bought your tickets. So no should be surprised tomorrow when you go through the safety check.

This is a cash only event! If anyone needs atms, there is a sheetz and walmart in bradford, pa about 10 minutes from the firehall. There is also a walmart and banks with atms in olean,NY which is also about 10 minutes from us!

We will have tshirts ($20) and hoodies ($35 each) for sale! Sizes youth medium to adult 4xl available in tshirts! Hoodies are limited to sizes adult L to 2xl and a limited quantity as we're testing out to see how they sell. We are not doing any pre orders as we have a million things going on and again our messages/emails won't be checked often.

Food will be available at the fire hall (chicken bbq-156 /tix left to buy tomorrow, hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, pop, water) and also on the trail (hotdogs,chips, candy, pop and water)

Months of preparation and hundreds of man hours go into this event. The weather looks awesome and we're so excited for you all to come tomorrow!

🚨 Important info! 🚨

This is long but should have just about everything you need to know for saturday!

First, THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT! THERE WILL BE NO RIDER TICKETS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE THE DAY OF. IF YOU DONT HAVE ONE OF THE 2000 ONLINE TICKETS YOU CANNOT ATTEND THIS YEAR. Dont message and ask is to please make an exception and get you tickets, its not happening.

Parking-
There will be signs and traffic police to direct you towards parking areas. The majority of parking will be along barse tract and nichols run roads.

Check in-
Please have your ticket ready! Printed off works the best and keeps the line moving quick, but at the very least have a screen shot ready! You can check in and get your wristbands any time between 9am and 1pm. You must have a wrist band to ride the trail! The trail closes at 5pm. All riders must be back to the firehall by 5pm!!! There will only be one line at registration this year because there is no walk ins accepted!

** We are now sold out so if you dont have a ticket you'll be turned away. **

Also check in doesnt open until 9am! If you are in line at 8am then you're going to be waiting at least an hour!

Trail-
The trail is about 26 miles and is mostly wooded trail. It can be a little challenging in some spots, but no need for a winch. We ask that drivers be experienced on their machines. Drivers must be at least 12 and able to reach the handle bars and foot pegs at the same time. This is not the place for your 12 year old to ride their new machine for the first time, please make sure they have experience and a machine capable of handling a wooded trail with some steep inclines/declines.

Safety checks-
Everyone must pass through the safety check before entering the trail. Everyone must have a helmet, eye protection (goggles, sunglasses, eyeglasses, helmet visor, etc. A windshield doesnt count) a wristband and working brakes on their machine.

Food-
Online Chicken bbq wristbands and anyone wanting to purchase any remaining chicken bbq tickets will need to see the Town of Olean fd at their tent!

Town of Olean will also have burgers, hotdogs etc for purchase.

Knapp creek will have our kitchen set up again on the trail. We will have hotdogs, chips, candy, pop and water for sale!

Trail etiquette-
A lot of our trail is only usable because we have permission from the landowners to use it for the day. At 5pm the trail closes and the land is posted. You cannot come ride this trail on any other weekend!

We also ask that you respect the landowners and clean up after yourself! If you bring the garbage in, take it back out with you or find a garbage can! (We will be doing the trash raffle again for a couple $100 prizes!) If my toddlers can figure out how to put their garbage in a trash can im sure you can too!

STAY ON THE TRAIL! Please limit stopping to at the checkpoints. There will be a few areas that have signs to stay off the property and to keep moving. This section of trail is VERY close to being lost which probably means the end of this dice run. Stay on the trail, stay out of any buildings you may pass, dont throw rocks at things that aren't yours and if you need to use the bathroom try to wait for a port a potty...or at least dont use someone's gate (Yes these are all things that happened last year and will result in losing landowner permission...also if any of those things were you, do us a favor and grow up or dont come back 🙄)

Also respect your fellow riders. If youre going slow, pull over when its safe to do so and let others pass. And vice versa, if youre going fast dont be a jerk and ride peoples tails when theres no room for them to get over. Were hoping that with limiting it to 2000 this year the trail wont be quite as busy!

Again the trail closes at 5pm! It takes about 4 hours to get through with stopping at checkpoints so that is why check in closes at 1pm.

Last chance for anyone wanting to get their chicken bbq tickets online (156 left)! Im going to shut that down tomorrow evening (9/12 around 8pm) so we have time to get all the reports organized for next weekend! Any unsold chicken bbqs will be available to purchase the day of the dice run at town of Olean FDs tent!

Now that we are sold out the scammers are coming out with the fake ticket sales posts. Im trying to keep up with deleting and blocking them but just want to put the word out in case i miss some!

Tickets are non transferable so you cannot buy them from anyone!

Any comment on our posts that says "i have x amount of tickets for sale because of *insert reason* is a SCAM and you will lose your money!

🚨🚨We are officially SOLD OUT!!! 🚨🚨

Reminder that there is NO walk in registration this year. If you dont have one of the 2000 rider tickets we sold online then you'll have to wait until next year!

We will leave the chicken bbq tickets up for another week or so for anyone who wants to buy one, any not sold online will be available to purchase the day of the dice run! (There are 158 chicken bbq tix left)

The next 12 days will be our busiest of the year! We are hard at work with all the behind the scenes stuff! Stay tuned this week for some info posts!

Saturday 9:30pm update: only 3 rider tickets left!

We are almost sold out! Only 59 rider tickets are left! Based on sales this week we will more than likely be sold out sometime today or tomorrow!

Reminder there is NO walk up registration on dice run day and once we hit the 2000 online rider tickets thats it! No more tickets will be added!

There are also 172 chicken bbq tickets left. Any of those left will be sold the day of the dice run at the Town of Olean Fire Depts tent!
