As promised, the library has been restocked with lots of children's books related to school, new adult and YA books, and quite a bit of surprises, including games. Please only take one non-book item.

Our local public library is hosting a trivia contest which sounds like you should enter and pit yourself against our amazing librarians and see how you stack up! I know it's going to be a night full of laughs and fun times!!

Join Moon Township Public Library for STUMP THE LIBRARIANS: Trivia Night Fundraiser — a night of trivia, food, drinks, prizes, raffles, and a little friendly competition with your favorite librarians!

📍 Hopewell Fire Hall
👥 Teams of up to 5 players
🎟️ $125 per team

Your registration includes:
🍕 Pizza & salad
🍺 One beer or wine ticket per player
🧠 Trivia competition
🏆 A chance to win prizes — including bragging rights for the teams that manage to BEAT THE LIBRARIANS!

And trivia is only part of the fun! We’ll also have raffles, Power Plays, our Adopt-a-Book campaign, prizes for the Top Scoring Team and Best Team Name, and plenty of surprises throughout the night.

It's a busy time in our house so I haven't replenished much inside the library. I have 3 kids in various stages of college with move ins and last minute shopping etc. Another one starting 10th grade soon and I just got home from back to back to back concerts in 2 different states. I'm trying to catch up on all things in the home, but once that happens, I'll redo all of the books and get the lfl "back to school" ready.

A middle of the week refresh? Why not!

I've received some amazing donations over the past few weeks and the entire bottom shelf is all new to us books! How lucky are we to be the recipient of so many stories?! We know the best people who always think of our little library 🥰📖

Added a few little treats inside this morning after watering our flowers. There are also activity books which can be found on the top shelf. I'll be placing more children's books later today.

We've had some spicy temps this week, but we're still well stocked with books to read by the pool, in the shade, in the comfort of your air conditioning, on vacation, or on your lunch break!

Thank you to our visitors who have given book donations! I'm going through them now to put out over the next few weeks!
