🚨WE DID IT — TOGETHER! ❤️

Thanks to the incredible support of our community, we’ve officially raised $3,100 — enough to purchase a SECOND AED + All-Weather Enclosure in Moon Park! 🙌

That means faster access to lifesaving equipment when every second matters. ⏱️

But we’re not stopping here.

Our next goal is to continue expanding coverage throughout our parks.

Every donation — no matter the size — moves us closer to saving a life. ❤️

We’re proud to support Moon Parks Foundation's new campaign to expand AED access throughout our community parks.

Thanks to a generous donation from The Aliver Foundation: Helping Hearts Since 2024, Moon Park's first public outdoor AED and all-weather enclosure has officially been installed; providing a critical lifesaving resource in one of our township’s busiest recreational spaces.

Now, the goal is to build on that momentum.

With the size and daily usage of Moon Park and its amenities, additional AED units can help improve emergency response times when every second matters. The community campaign aims to fund future installations, with a goal of securing another unit by National CPR & AED Awareness Week (June 1–7).

If you’d like to support this initiative and help make our parks even safer, please consider donating by scanning the QR code or clicking the link below.

Please visit the Township website for additional details as the event nears. Shredding and electronic device recycling collections will take place at the Public Works Garage located at 1115 Stevenson Mill Road on the following date from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.:

Saturday, April 4, 2026 (Electronics Only)

Computers and televisions are only one component of the consumer electronics waste stream that also includes televisions, radios, telephones, and small appliances. Careful disposal of these items is important because some electronics contain hazardous components that can include leaded glass from computer monitors and televisions. Materials such as beryllium, mercury, cadmium, nickel, zinc, silver and gold can be found in printed circuit boards. Other substances such as cadmium may be contained in batteries and mercury may also be present in relays and switches. Because of the presence of these materials, it is important that we are careful how we dispose of these items. Electronics recyclers disassemble computers and other items into their various component parts, which can be reused in new products or recycled for their useful material.
