We’re proud to support Moon Parks Foundation’s new campaign to expand AED access throughout our community parks.

Thanks to a generous donation from the Aliver Foundation, Moon Park’s first public outdoor AED and all-weather enclosure has officially been installed; providing a critical lifesaving resource in one of our township’s busiest recreational spaces.

Now, the goal is to build on that momentum.

With the size and daily usage of Moon Park and its amenities, additional AED units can help improve emergency response times when every second matters. The community campaign aims to fund future installations, with a goal of securing another unit by National CPR & AED Awareness Week (June 1–7).

The Public Works Department will be hanging our Military Banners today thru next week throughout the Township. Please use caution when driving around them.

Starting Monday May 4th thru May 15th we will be doing our leaf/lawn brush pickup, same day as garbage schedule. Please make sure you just stack your twigs/limbs (please do not tie them in bundles).

Beginning Monday, April 20th, Russell Standard will be crack sealing multiple roads throughout the Township for approximately 2 weeks.

REMINDER:

Electronic Recycling: April 4th, 10am-2pm, 1115 Stevenson Mill Rd.

Spring Yard & Leaf Pickup: May 4th - May 15th, same day as your garbage pickup. Also, at any time you can take your yard debris to Moon Park at the Compost Site near the pond.

As we are preparing for this weekend's winter storm, we are asking for your cooperation:

-Please do not shovel snow into the roadways.
-Please do not park vehicles on the Township roads during the storm, as parked vehicles prevent plow trucks from effectively and safely clearing the snow.

Thank you for your cooperation and helping us to keep our Township roads safe.

Winter Tip Reminders:

Please don't shovel sidewalk/driveway snow into the roadway, pile the snow near the end of the driveway, to the right side.

Be sure to stay 200 ft. behind maintenance vehicles so the drivers can see you.

Remove any obstacles preventing the crews to accurately remove the snow in your areas.
