Another resource for our military-connected Lakers! 🇺🇸⚓

We’re excited to partner with Kent County Veterans Services to bring an Accredited Veterans Service Officer directly to GVSU’s Health Campus on select dates this semester.

Veterans and spouses can stop in, ask questions, and get help navigating and filing VA claims — right here on campus. Check out the details below and mark your calendar!

Good news for veterans and their spouses who attend Grand Valley State University!

Kent County Veterans Services has partnered with the university to have an Accredited Veterans Services Officer on campus on select days to help file claims with the VA thanks to GVSU Military and Veterans Resource Center.

Mark your calendars for:

Our team will be set up inside Room 110 of the Daniel and Pamella DeVos Center for Interprofessional Health located at 333 Michigan St NE, Grand Rapids.

Fresh veggies are coming to the MVRC!

We’re excited to introduce Veggies for Vets, a new partnership with the GVSU Sustainable Agriculture Project that will bring fresh, locally grown produce directly to our military-connected students.

Beginning Thursday, September 3, a rotating selection of fresh vegetables will be available FREE in the MVRC lounge in Kirkhof Center. Produce will vary based on what’s growing and will be available to students while supplies last.

Veggies for Vets will continue throughout the active growing season, giving students opportunities to take home fresh produce grown right here at GVSU.

Stop by, see what’s fresh, and take what you can use!
