📣 We are excited to share that Dannah Hartman has been elected to serve as the Women’s Business Council Board Vice Chair!

Dannah Hartman is a marketing and community engagement leader dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their brands, build meaningful partnerships, and connect with the communities they serve. She currently serves as Marketing Director for Valley Health Partners Community Health Center, where she leads marketing, events, and community outreach efforts. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a BA in communication from Cedar Crest College, where she has also served as an adjunct professor. She's been recognized for her professional and community leadership, most recently being named a Women of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business and a Lehigh Valley & Berks Leaders of Impact Nominee by the American Heart Association - Pennsylvania . Dannah has been actively involved with the Women’s Business Council for several years, serving as Chair of Programming for the past three years and Co-Chair of the Women’s Summit Breakout Sessions for the past two years. As Vice Chair, she’s looking forward to fostering an inclusive, supportive community for women that shapes opportunities for the next generation of leaders.

📣 We are excited to share that Katarah Jordan has been elected to serve as the Women’s Business Council Board Chair!

Katarah Jordan is a dynamic educator, dedicated community advocate, and lifelong learner devoted to empowering youth with the tools, opportunities, and support needed to excel from cradle to career. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown, she leads with excellence and innovation, creating transformative opportunities for over 1,200 young people annually. Her leadership is deeply informed by her understanding of social determinants of health, ensuring that her work addresses the systemic factors impacting the well-being and success of children and families. Beyond her professional roles, Katarah is a proud children’s book author and holds a Master’s in Education from East Stroudsburg University and a BA from Lincoln University of PA. As a certified Master Gardener, she is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments where children, families, and communities can flourish. Guided by her personal motto, “What’s Healthy Grows,” Katarah continues to inspire others to embrace growth, possibility, and the transformative power of addressing systemic inequities to build healthier communities.
