The team behind our HOPE Intensive Case Management (ICM) program at The Conference.

Our HOPE team works closely with individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness who are also living with a qualifying mental health diagnosis. Through ongoing support and connection to community resources, the team helps clients navigate housing, treatment, employment, transportation, benefits, and other essential needs.

We’re extremely grateful for our HOPE team and all they do to support the individuals we serve every day! ❤️

Thank you for partnering with us! We look forward to sharing, learning, and continuing the conversation around hunger and homelessness in our community. 💙

November 16–21 is the 5th Annual Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week in the Lehigh Valley, organized by The Lehigh Conference of Churches

Throughout the week, community members are invited to take part in events centered on education, advocacy, compassion, and action around hunger and homelessness in our region.

We’re proud that the Lehigh Valley Nonprofit IMPACT Conference on November 18 is part of this year’s lineup. Attendees will have the opportunity to choose from two breakout sessions focused specifically on hunger and homelessness, including one featuring Abigail Goldfarb, Executive Director of The Conference.

These conversations will offer space to learn from leaders working directly in this area and explore how the nonprofit sector can be part of meaningful, long-term solutions. Learn more about Hunger & Homelessness Week: https://lehighchurches.org/hhaweek/
