Bell - ringing across Lehigh County honors the voices that first proclaimed liberty 250 years ago. Its sound echoes across generations, reminding us of the sacrifices that secured our freedoms, the responsibilities we share as citizens, and the promise we pass on to those who will follow. May the bells inspire us to continue building a nation worthy of the ideals of liberty, equality, opportunity, and self-government.
