This is just a clarification for some questions we have received.
*If you leave your unit without turning in keys and have not been evicted through the courts, than it is considered an abandonment and we legally have to reclaim the property through the skip/abandoment process from our ACOP. (You also will be responsible for any rent charges inccured during this process and any damages that might happen to the unit before we reclaim it.)
*If you have gone into court, signed any documentation for SMHA to reclaim the dwelling unit and also have received a set-out date from the court house, this means you have been evicted.

Just wanted to remind you applications are being accepted in this office on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 1:00 p.m. Our Canton Office takes applications every Tuesday(only first 20) and Wednesday(as many as they can take) starting at 8:00 a.m. Please visit www.starkmha.org for more information!
