Williams Recreation & Construction is now hiring for our playground and recreation installation crew. We install commercial playgrounds, bleachers, shade shelters and similar products. If you don’t mind daily travel in company trucks throughout Northern Ohio, from Ashtabula to Van Wert, get an awesome farmer’s tan, create great play spaces, work with a fun crew, don't mind digging in the dirt, and pouring concrete, please apply! We’re a growing company and are looking for motivated team members.
We are located in Alliance, Ohio.
Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
- Interacting with co-workers, clients and sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Working with crews to prepare sites and provide quality installation and finishing.
- Operate all tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- Participate in daily inspection of vehicles, equipment, and trailers.
Requirements:
- Employees must be at least 18 years old.
- Employees must be able to lift 60-70lbs.
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Experience in concrete, excavating or general building is a plus.
WRC is a participant in the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation Drug-Free Workplace program. Pre-employment screening is required. Other types of screening including, but not limited to, random and post-accident are part of our program.
Hours:
Our general schedule is Monday through Friday 5:00AM to 5:00PM. Actual days and hours are subject to change due to weather and job location. May include late evenings or Saturday work during the busy season. Occasional overnight trips.
Pay and Benefits:
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Hourly compensation is based on experience. Sign on bonus after 45 days.
