The Washington Township Trustees, Stark County, Ohio are accepting applications for Township
Fiscal Officer.

Qualifications include:
✅️Township Residency
✅️Computer skills, Windows 11 and basic accounting knowledge
✅️Availability for (2) Monthly Public Meetings

Core job duties include but are not limited to: payroll, paying invoices, keeping necessary
records for audits and filing any required paperwork with county and state entities regarding government business.

As we enter into the fall months, we want to remind everyone of the staewide burn ban in effect, from Oct. 1 - Dec. 1, 6AM - 6PM. Please be mindful of burning, as dead brush and leaves can spread fires quickly.

Last Sunday, WTVFD hosted the 2026 Wade Main Memorial Golf Outing.

A huge thank you to our community, golfers, volunteers, and corporate sponsors for your amazing support of our outing!

The course may have been a little wet, but that certainly didn’t stop us from having a great time! 🌧️🏌️‍♂️ We had plenty of laughs, great golf, and—most importantly—a wonderful day spent together supporting a cause that means so much to us.

Events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of our sponsors and the continued support of our community. We truly appreciate each and every one of you who helped make this year’s outing a success.
