🐾We had a FUN last day to wrap up an AWESOME school year at Pine Ave. Elementary! Our staff made the day a huge success, bringing enthusiasm and encouraging signs (and in a couple cases, their funny inflatable costumes!) to cheer on our students!🐾

🌟Our 5th graders walked through the halls one last time before heading to Donald L. Pavlik Middle School in the fall! It was so special to see our young Panthers celebrate this exciting milestone! We know there are great things in store for our soon-to-be 6th graders! 🌟

Last night, our 8th graders had one final celebration before they begin high school in the fall! 🐾🎉 Thank you to all the family, friends and supporters who came out and made this evening so special for our awesome students! We enjoyed a performance by our 7th grade band under the direction of Mr. Newman and the National Anthem performed by our 8th grade choir under the direction of Mr. Cadena. Thank you to AHS Class of 2026 Valedictorian Claire Bloss for delivering Farewell Remarks. It was wonderful to have Claire join us and impart some of her wisdom to our youngest AHS students. The festivities concluded with a dance! 💃🏼🕺

🌟🐾We had 5th Grade Trimester Awards today too! Each student received a different special award that represents their personality, interests and behavior! Our students' differences are what make them uniquely themselves and AWESOME. Our trimester awards do a wonderful job reminding us of that! Great work this year, 5th graders, now it's off to middle school! 🐾🌟

🌟🐾We had 4th Grade Trimester Awards today! Each student received a different award based on their personalities, interests and behavior in the classroom! These awards are awesome because they showcase just how special every student is and how they can all utilize their unique strengths to make APS an even better place to learn and grow! This year, our Kindergartners had the opportunity to be a part of our first Kindergarten Legacy art project tradition. Together, these young Panthers created a one of a kind, truly special piece of art. As they prepare to head to Hillcrest Elementary next year, we are happy to have this wonderful artwork to commemorate the great times these students had at Luce Road! 🧡🖤🎨

We dedicate this woven popsicle stick art project to Luce Road. Each of us painted our own popsicle stick using colors, shapes and designs that made it special. When our sticks were woven together, they became one big piece of art.
Our artwork shows that we are all different and unique, but when we come together, we make each other better, brighter and more colorful. We are proud to leave this gift as a reminder of the joy, creativity and Panther pride we shared as Kindergarteners at Luce Road." (In Collaboration with Art Teacher Mrs. Lisa K- Schmidt)

Attendance matters! These students in Mr. Huff’s 3rd hour class received certificates for maintaining over 90% attendance or improving their attendance level for the third trimester of the 2025-26 school year! Great job staying committed & putting in the work, Panthers! 🐾
