There are 3 ways to apply.
• You can apply online at www.energybenefit.wi.gov (using a
computer or your smartphone)
• call for a paper application to be mailed to you
• set up an appointment to do a phone application with Energy

CSFP works to improve the health of low-income adults age 60 years and older by supplementing their diets with Nutritious foods. If you are eligible, you will receive a food package once per month of nutritious foods provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Food packages include: canned fruits & vegetables, juice, dry or canned milk, cheese, canned meat, peanut butter or dried beans, cereal and grains, rice, & instant potatoes or pasta. Crisis Energy Assistance is available to help you purchase heating fuels, including natural gas, propane (LP) Fuel Oil and Electric. Crisis funds are available to help you pay for heating fuels, if you are unable to purchase these on your own.
