"Sheriff, how can you endorse more than one candidate for Governor?"

Well friend, it's easy, see...I'm an American πŸ˜… An endorsement isn't a blood oath. I'm not adopting them, not naming them heir to my cattle, not handing them the keys to my beloved ancient 4 Runner 😎

An endorsement just means I've spent time with someone and concluded they're a decent human being who appears capable of doing the job. There it is.

Now, traditionally, politicians treat endorsements like they're picking a spouse. "This is THE ONE. My soulmate, muh ride or die." Then six months later they're endorsing somebody else and pretending the first one never existed.

I prefer a simpler approach. If I meet three people running for Governor and all three strike me as intelligent, honest, hardworking Kansans, I'm not going to suddenly start lying and pretend two of them are goblins, can you dig it? Word!

Kansas isn't a reality dating show. We don't have to throw everyone off the island until one person gets the final rose. Frankly, if we spent half as much time evaluating character as we do arguing over party labels, we'd all be a lot better off.

An endorsement means, "I believe this person is worthy of your consideration." That's all. The actual decision belongs to YOU, the voters. My job is to tell you what I've seen. Your job is to decide what to do with it. I will never EVER tell you what to do, who to vote for or what to think, never ever, I'll just never BS you 🀝

I warmly encourage all Kansans to learn more about and meet, Philip Sarnecki For Governor, Cindy Holscher for Kansas & Stacy Rogers for Kansas

I want to thank the members of the U.S. House of Representatives, Democrats and Republicans alike, who stood together in opposition to expanding or extending warrantless surveillance authorities under FISA. At a time when partisan division dominates nearly every issue, it is encouraging to see lawmakers from both parties recognize that the Constitution is not a Republican document or a Democrat document, it is an American document.

The Fourth Amendment exists to protect citizens from unreasonable government intrusion. Regardless of party affiliation, those who are willing to defend civil liberties, demand accountability, and insist that government power remain constrained deserve recognition.

On issues of fundamental constitutional rights, Americans should expect their elected representatives to place liberty above politics and principle above party πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Mom & Dad really enjoyed the Museum of Art & Light in MHK, featuring the wonderful exhibition on the immortal works of Pablo Picasso, until 02NOV26 btw πŸ˜€

Appreciate the fantastic staff for having a wheelchair available for a temporarily broken Sheriff. My parents took us all over the world when we were kids & we spent countless days in art galleries & museums. Still have a biased preference for the Rijksmuseum where I saw the work of Van Gough & Paul Gauguin in person for the first time.

Art was best described to me as something we create which uniquely: "comforts the disturbed and disturbs the comfortable." There is always room for art & art is always worth fighting for ❀️

Hell yeah! Randy Bresnik, Citadel Class of 1989, has been selected to command NASA's Artemis III mission, which is expected to return Americans to the Moon.

Randy's path from Citadel cadet to Marine Corps aviator, astronaut, and now mission commander reflects the extraordinary things that can happen when discipline, character, courage, and service are paired with relentless hard work. His accomplishments belong to him alone, but they also serve as a powerful example of what is possible for young people willing to commit themselves to excellence.

As a fellow Citadel graduate, I am incredibly proud, The Long Gray Line has produced soldiers, statesmen, lawmen, and leaders for generations. Today it can proudly add commander of America's next mission to the Moon to that list!

All of us who have marched those parade grounds will be watching, cheering, and praying for Randy and his crew as they make history. The distance from Charleston to the Moon is a long one, but today it feels a little shorter πŸ€ŸπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ€Œ

Back in '03 they gave us MILK...hard-boiled eggs and a footlong sub, then "FORM FOR PFT!!" erupted πŸ˜… guess what happened out there...

I couldn't drink milk for a year afterwards.

WORTH IT 🀟

Good luck candidates!!

Extraordinary claims require Extraordinary evidence.

I have met Extraordinary People, heroes and liars alike, the best of that worst are...both. Those who did serve yet somehow felt their honorable service wasn't quite enough sadly and had to add on little fake titles like "sniper" or "recon" or "intelligence" or "operative" or "it's classified."

Marx served 3 years in the USMC, from '83-86. He was a radio operator, also, his original last name was "Kennedy", some inexplicable reason, he legally changed it to "Marx."

He claimed he called in an air strike on ISIS as a civilian, destroying over 70 ISIS fighters.

That's 100%, spectacular bu****it.

I don't know anyone who is perfect and that's why I love liars as they are the only consistent "fake perfect" people I've ever encountered.

Any job you do in the military you can say what it is. Yes, some billets are sensitive and even some awards are fully classified, forever, yet if you're running for public office...even the dumbest campaign manager will tell you to make sure you bring the proof for any claim made. Ever.

I was a Case Officer, very proud of that, proud of my coworkers and our operations and I can talk about alot of it & can't talk about alot of it due to NDA's I will always honor legally yet I've got 1000% proof I was one.

This guy did not call in an airstrike on ISIS as a civilian. He's a charismatic grifter, another (far more s**tty) version of the Stephen Segal "McDojo" personality wearing a mask of false nobility poorly concealing embellishment and political ambition.

I would not even be writing this if evidence existed to validate his claims. If it were real, I'd be cheering him on, that's what I do. He's real, his stories aren't all real.

Worst part is some probably are. Seriously. I think he's done some wonderful or even some badass s**t on this planet, issue is, deception and embellishment of status to attain higher perception is a deeply troubling symptom of dark and dangerous volatility involving deeper waters and it typically ends in tears.

Do not feed it nor reward it or even condemn it, it doesn't care, sometimes you just have to go all Kurt Russell in "The Thing" get people together with some rope and flamethrower so you can let the others know that they are in a bit of danger & everything will be fine yet we need a quick blood test first 😎
