Storm Pick-Up
⛈️ **CITYWIDE STORM-DEBRIS COLLECTION**
Our Street Department crew has been working to clear fallen trees and storm debris from roadways throughout Alma. Beginning Thursday, August 20, we will also begin collecting storm debris placed at the curb across the city.
Collection dates are:
• Thursday, August 20
• Tuesday, August 25
• Wednesday, August 26
• Thursday, August 27 **Final Pass**
There is no need to call in a pickup. Residents should place storm debris at the curb as soon as possible, but no later than the end of the day Wednesday, August 26, to be included in the citywide storm cleanup.
Please keep debris out of streets, sidewalks, and drainage ditches. Debris handled or placed at the curb by a private contractor is not eligible for City collection.
After the final citywide collection pass on August 27, we will return to our standard brush-pickup policy.
