The members of the Alma Fire Protection District along with our board members, retirees, and families, recently gathered for our annual Christmas dinner.
As we begin a new year, we reflect on the years that have passed. This year, we recognized two members for their years of service. Larry Bargfrede (42 years) and Tony Brandt (21 years). Both of these men were presented a personalized firefighters axe, showcasing their dedication and commitment to the Alma Fire Protection District. Thank you Larry and Tony for many years of giving your time and efforts for our community. Congratulations on both of your retirements!

Darren Wodrich was honored at the annual fish fry for his years of service to the Alma Fire Protection District. He has recently retired from the department but continues to help on the EMS side. Thank you for your service, Darren.

This past weekend gave the Alma firefighters a chance to brush up on their extrication skills. The practice provided an opportunity to to use new equipment that had been donated as well as the equipment purchased by the Alma Fire Protection District Board of Directors.
