The Almont Parks and Recreation Board is looking for community members from the Village and Township of Almont to serve as voting board members.

We’re seeking individuals who bring positive leadership, value recreation opportunities for all, and are passionate about supporting and promoting parks, programs, and community spaces that make Almont special.

If you care about our community and would like to help shape the future of local parks and recreation, we’d love to hear from you. To apply, please submit an application to the Village Clerk.

The Almont Community Park Board would like to present this year’s 2026 Music in the Park schedule – mark your calendars! 🎼

These concerts are held at the outdoor park pavilion from 7:00p to 9:00p!

Don't forget - tomorrow is our Earth Day Cleanup event! After some spring cleaning in our Downtown, we'll be planting flowering trees and shrubs in the Park 🌷

Join us this Saturday, April 25th for the Earth Day Cleanup!

Want to help make our park even more beautiful? In addition to cleaning our park, we will be planting a selection of native flowering trees and shrubs provided by the Almont Community Park Board!

Bring work gloves, shovels or any other planting tools you have!

Garage Sale Frenzy will take place on May 14th, 15th and 16th. Garage sale permits are required (all proceeds are used to fund the Homecoming Festival). Applications must be received by May 4th to be included on the map. Applications are available at the Village Office or on our website.
