The next 50 years start now.

The Almont Community Time Capsule has arrived!

While many of you are looking forward to the opening of Almont's 1976 Bicentennial Time Capsule this Homecoming, we're also planning for the future. This new capsule will be filled with letters, memories, photographs, and items that tell the story of our community in 2026 before being sealed until 2076.

For those wondering, the capsule stands at 31 inches tall and weighs approximately 34 pounds empty—it's larger than it looks!

As we begin planning what will go inside, we'd love to hear from you:

It's the end of an era: After many years, our children's area rug had seen better days and needed a refresh. A lot of memories have been made sitting around our United States rug so we'd love to hear any you'd like to share! We're looking forward to making new memories with the newest addition to our children's area!
