New Hire Firefighters- Orientation Week 3!
Week 3 is all about building confidence, consistency, and teamwork. It is HOT outside 🔥! Our newest firefighters are getting hands on experience with hose line deployment, learning to move with purpose, communicate effectively, and operate as a team under pressure.

Roswell Fire Department’s newest firefighters are back at RAPSTC and beginning their 2nd week of orientation! Before the day gets rolling, the crew is catching up with one another and building the camaraderie that will carry them through their careers. Today’s training focuses on Logistics and the First Due Application, which will give them the tools and knowledge they’ll need to support effective operations in the field. Welcome to week 2!

Thank you for your leadership, dedication, and for leaving us with many great memories, lasting friendships, and true camaraderie.

RECRUIT CLASS 26-04! YES! We are full of new beginnings at Roswell-Alpharetta Public Safety Training Center. Please join us in welcoming Alpharetta Fire Department’s new recruit class as they embark on Week 2 of their journey to becoming firefighters and serving the City of Alpharetta. Over the next coming months we look forward to getting to know each of them, cheering them on, and watching them grow into the next generation of firefighters! We are excited to be part of the journey!

This week the 7 recruits of Recruit Class 26-04 began their journey to becoming Alpharetta firefighters. They will go through months of rigorous physical and educational training as they learn to be both a firefighter and an advanced emt. We’re confident that they’re up for the challenge.

The Roswell Fire Department is proud to welcome our newest firefighters to the City of Roswell as they begin their orientation at the Roswell Alpharetta Public Safety Training Center. The day begins with a welcome from our Fire Chief and Command Staff and is designed to introduce our newest members to the values and standards that define our department while reinforcing our commitment to professionalism, teamwork and public service. Let’s go!
