Memory Matters: Simple Ways to Support Brain Health

Is occasional forgetfulness a normal part of aging—or could it be brain fog?

Join us at The Mansions at Alpharetta on Tuesday, October 27, at 2:00 p.m. for an engaging conversation about memory, focus, and lifelong brain health.

Guest speaker Sonja Gunter, LPN, CDP, CAADCT, will share practical ways to keep your mind active, strengthen memory, and support your mental well-being. You’ll leave with simple strategies you can start using right away.

We were delighted to welcome Chuck Holloway, our Executive Director Tricia’s dad, for a wonderful afternoon of live entertainment! What a festive afternoon! We celebrated Oktoberfest with fun contests, delicious Bavarian-inspired bites, refreshing drinks, lively music, and plenty of laughter and friendship.

Our residents, families, and friends came together to enjoy great food, great music, and even better company. From the festive flavors to the friendly competition, it was an afternoon filled with wonderful memories!
