Tifni Welch-Neidhardt grew up seeing nonprofit impact from every angle—from her father, Mike Welch, an iconic site supervisor at the Lake-Sumter affiliate, to her stepmother, Mary Welch, who led our local affiliate as Executive Director before taking her expertise to Habitat International.
