Did you know your newborn sees the world a little differently than you do?👀

In those first months, babies are still developing their ability to see color and detail. That’s why high-contrast black and white images can be so powerful—they’re easier for little eyes to focus on and can gently support early visual development.

You don’t need anything fancy. A few simple cards, a black-and-white board book, or even hand-drawn shapes can turn into meaningful moments of connection and growth.

Try placing a few images near your baby during awake time, or gently moving them side to side to encourage tracking. A little goes a long way.

In honor of National Nurses Week, we are so grateful to celebrate and the many ways she serves at Life Choices. 🤍

Becca is a devoted wife to her husband, Denny, and a joyful mother to their two children, Rory and Ford. Her love for family shines through in the compassionate care she offers to every client who walks through our doors.

With experience in postpartum nursing and a deep heart for mothers and babies, Becca brings warmth, skill, and kindness to each family she encounters. She also serves in many roles on our team, including as our Courage to Carry Specialist.

One of her favorite parts of her work is performing ultrasounds and witnessing the beautiful moment parents first see their baby for the very first time.

Becca is a true blessing to our team and to the families we are honored to serve. Please join us in thanking her for the care and compassion she shares so generously.
