In an effort to update our database and make sure we are able to contact our members, I would like to give all members the opportunity to confirm their email address and any other information they wish to share. Please note this is not going to be used for any solicitation or advertising purposes. The goal is to be able to send out updates to our members in as quick and easy means as possible.

If you wish to provide further information like address, phone number, etc. that will be recorded also.

I feel that sending it directly to me will ensure that we receive it and that it will not be viewed by others.

If you do not wish to give out your email, please provide your name and note that you do not wish to be contacted. We will make sure not to write down your email address and will make note that you do not want contact from us. We are not looking to intrude on anyone's privacy. Our goal is to update our database and be able to reach out to the members with any pertinent information.

I am pleased to announce that the Wednesday night work/fun night has been a success. We have accomplished some projects including repairing the floor in the one bathroom, adding steps to one side of the back deck, painting the floor, cleaning up some blown down trees, etc. There still is plenty to do while the weather is nice. This is every Wednesday night starting at 5pm. Some folks like to try their hand at trap shooting after getting done with the work. Even if you do not want to participate in the shooting, it is fun to watch the ones try their luck and see who walks away with bragging rights for the night.

Remember, you do not have to stay until the sun goes down. Any amount of time is greatly appreciated. There are still more projects to complete and the more people who show up, the faster they will get done.

If Wednesday does not work for you, please contact an officer and if possible other times may be able to be set up. We understand that time is very valuable to each and every one of you, but remember that if we do not keep up to date on repairs, the club will fall into disarray and/or we will have to contract out these repairs which depletes the club's funds

You joined the club for various reasons. Help to keep the club going and support any activities related to it. Remember it is not just about paying your dues and never showing up to a meeting. Come see what is being talked about, make new friends who share common interests, enjoy some food, and participate! After all, that is what clubs are all about. People coming together with similar interests and sharing time together.

Thank you to all who have joined the club and a shout out to the ones who volunteer for the work details, stay informed by coming to the meetings, sell tickets, etc. Many hands make it all possible!.

The grocery raffle is winding down with the drawing being held on September 11, 2026 Please turn in your tickets and money to Bert Cowan before the meeting or the night of the meeting. We do ask that if you have tickets you have not sold and do not plan on selling them, to let Bert know asap so that we can possibly sell them through other members. Our goal is to have all the tickets sold before the drawing.

Please note that our annual family get together is being held at our next regularly scheduled meeting on Friday September 11, 2026. There will be hotdogs, hamburgers, etc. Please bring a dish to pass. It starts at 6pm with the meeting to follow at 7:30pm. All are welcome to stay for the meeting.

Calling all members! We are restarting an old tradition! Want to have some fun shooting, eating, cards, hanging out? All we ask is that while you are doing this, you also help with minor repairs needed around the clubhouse. The floor needs painting, front steps need repair, range is good but can always be improved. The more people we have, the easier the work becomes and you can have fun doing something besides just showing up to work that night. We want to kick this off for the summer months with the start date being July 8th. Every Wednesday at 5pm the gates will be open and people can come and help maintain the club and have some fun also!
