NEED A BREAK FOR YOUR REQUIRED MINIMUM DISTRIBUTION?

If it is necessary for you to take a Required Minimum Distribution from your IRA each year, please consider a direct transfer Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA to the Alto CEP.

As a 501(c)(3) public charity, the Alto Coalition for Environmental Preservation is eligible to receive direct transfer QCD’s of any amount.

The advantage to you is the amount of the direct transfer QCD is not added to your taxable income and you avoid any additional taxes.

WHY IS OUR LEGAL FIGHT STILL RELEVANT?

In spite of the activities on the lot of the proposed concrete batch plant, the legal issues we have raised are not a done deal.

The New Mexico Court of Appeals has agreed to review our cases.
