💧🚱 The last day to pay your bill is always the last business day of the month. That was yesterday, June 30th. The next business day, at 7:30 a.m., which was today, July 1st, is when all unpaid accounts are subject to nonpayment fees and disconnection. Once your account is paid in full, a reconnect is issued, and it could take up to 48 hours for reconnection, depending on the workload of staff. Most of the time, it is sooner. This has been our policy for many years. Please stop by the office and request a copy of the policy for verification. Please refrain from harassing city staff, as this only delays the work order process. To contribute to the solution of this matter, the city will provide extra notice starting this month via Facebook and our opt-in text service. Thank you for your cooperation.
