Class of 2026 parents and guardians, please join us on Monday, June 15th, to "Clap-Out" our current 8th-graders as they walk the halls of ACS for the final time.

The "Clap-Out" will begin at approximately 1:00 with our band and chorus students performing in the gym following the event.

All visitors must sign in at the front office.

What a fabulous evening at our Semi-Formal! ✨

Our students looked absolutely amazing as they dressed up and came together to celebrate this exciting event. From the elegant attire to the laughter, dancing, and memorable moments shared with friends, the evening was filled with fun and joy.

A special thank you to our VOICE advisors, students, chaperones for helping make the night such a success. Their support and enthusiasm helped create a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for all.

At its May meeting, the Alton School Board approved June 17, 2026, as the final day of school. This is a change from the previously approved 2025-2026 school calendar. The last day will be a half-day for students. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 PM. Please plan accordingly.

We’re proud of our students for another successful Winni Walk! Together, they raised $4,513.21 for End 68 Hours of Hunger and Lakes Region Disabled Sports.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success. Your support and generosity continue to make a meaningful difference!

We are proud to share that our 4th graders’ “I Voted” sticker designs are now on display in Concord at Granite Place!

These creative designs showcase our students’ artistic talent, civic pride, and thoughtful ideas about the importance of voting and community participation. We are so excited to see their hard work recognized and shared with the broader community.

Congratulations to our Grades 4–8 Band and Chorus students on a fantastic Spring Concert! Your hard work, dedication, and talent were on full display, and we are so proud of all you accomplished.

A special thank you to Band Director Greg Neveu and Choral Director Sarah Grasso for their leadership, commitment, and support of our students throughout the year.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to all of our ACS families for your continued encouragement and support of our music programs. What a wonderful evening celebrating our students and the arts!
