this is at the crackle barrel in altoona PA this morning @ 11:30am this gentlemen, approach a table that had a small child that is 9 years old and ask the child if she was 16 years old the mother told this host to leave the table this man is on the PA MEGANS LAW and was asking if he was still talking with little kids he smiled and when asked about being on the Megan's law he laughed about it and told the paying customers to leave the restaurant PLEASE WATCH YOUR KIDS PLEASE SHARE

He wanted to have sexual in*******se with her and very vulgar messages he wanted to meet at a local gas station at 630 pm then change the time to 830 pm then 930 pm Kelvins brother knows what he was going to do with this decoy then talked to him on phone and he gave the address to come to the apartment in Patton when the APH TEAM showed up and knock there was a few small children behind the door and the unnamed female told us to leave the property and she was calling her BOYS the A team to get us off the property 😉 we told her that the paperwork is going to be truned over to the police and a call was going to be placed why would Karen stick up for this pe*****le.
