Blair Senior Services, Inc. is actively seeking individuals to serve as Foster Grandparent Classroom Volunteers at local schools, daycares and summer programs all throughout Blair County. The Foster Grandparent Program is a PAID federally funded volunteer program through AmeriCorps Seniors.
Since July 1, 2025, our Foster Grandparent volunteers have served in a number of locations throughout Blair County! These locations include:

Volunteers are required to serve a minimum of 8 hours per week. Flexible hours Monday - Friday based on the availability of the volunteer and school station.
Benefits include:
• Biweekly paid stipend
o $4 per hour TAX-FREE stipend ($32 - $160 per week)
