US-395 will be reopened with one-way traffic control in Lassen County from mile post marker 91 to mile post marker 99.5....

US-395 will be reopened with one-way traffic control in Lassen County from mile post marker 91 to mile post marker 99.5. The highway at that location was closed due a wildland fire, but Caltrans will now be providing piloted traffic control, starting at 7:30 pm tonight.

US-395 is completely closed from A27 (Center Road) in Litchfield to Termo Grasshopper Road (County Road 513) due to a wildland fire. State Route 139 and Termo Grasshopper Road can be used as a detour. The closure began at approximately 5:30 pm.

Never leave pets, children, or the elderly alone in a car for any length of time. California laws address how to handle situations in which children or animals are left in vehicles. However, the best approach if you see an unattended child or animal is to call 9-1-1.
