The Treasurer’s Office will be open tomorrow, December 31, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Be advised, we do anticipate longer wait times tomorrow. We will work as quickly as possible to process your payment.

If you are trying to call to make your payment over the phone, please utilize our online payment system at https://oktaxrolls.com.

**Select Woods County on the state map and then select View or Pay Tax Info. Scroll down to select search order and then follow the prompts. **

We also have a secure drop box located on the east side of the courthouse. It’s a black mailbox that says Woods County - Tax Payments Only. It’s located on the north pillar of the covered parking area.

We appreciate your patience as we wrap up the initial ad valorem tax collection season.

As a reminder, by order of the county commissioners, the courthouse will be closed January 1st & 2nd.

The 2025 Woods County Tax Statements will be mailed Wednesday, 11/19/25.

To view and pay taxes online, visit:
https://www.oktaxrolls.com. Select Woods County on the map and then follow the prompts.

Payment is due on or before December 31, 2025.

If you choose to pay your first half, the second half is due on or before March 31, 2026.

Any statements $25 or less must be paid in full.

Grateful for the efforts of ALL of our law enforcement and first responder agencies.

Our communities are blessed with brave men and women who serve in first responder capacities!

Anymore we see it in the news much too often reports of shootings, threats, and tragedies in communities. We constantly pray for a hedge of protection for Woods County and northwest Oklahoma and will continue to do so.

There has been an anonymous bomb threat at the Woods County Courthouse. We do not believe the report is credible, but we have taken all necessary precautions. The courthouse is currently closed.

p.m. on 6/6/2025.

Sale will begin at 9 a.m. SHARP on Monday 6/9/2025.

Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m.

Be sure to review the sale guidelines thoroughly!

A Notary Public will be available in the County Clerk’s office for completion of the required affidavits.

Resale will begin at 9 a.m. sharp. Be here early to register. If you are planning on bidding, you must review and complete an affidavit that you have read the sale guidelines in order to bid.

Be advised the property owner has the right to pay the tax, prior to resale, to remove the parcel from the sale.
