To the Citizens of the Bluewater Oaks Fire District (2) incidents occurred (1) on 10/22 in the evening and (1) on 10/26 in the morning both incidents caused by the same truck a 90's model white Chevy Stepside LP JJH1107, it was reported that this truck and the driver is a member of the Bluewater Oaks Fire Department, after talking with several residents of the area we assured the community that this is not a member of our Department.

Both incidents have been reported to the S.O and I have spoke to the Constables office as well to help out with extra patrols in the area of the 3136 area to CR 810, 3136 , CR 316, CR 401 and the Bluewater Oak Property Area, We the Bluewater Oaks Staff take this matter serious. If you see this truck please document and report it location the S.O office and to the Fire Department.

Again the Bluewater Oaks Fire Department Appreciates our Community we serve and protect.

Thank You Mike Flannery Asst. Chief Bluewater Oaks Fire Department. [email protected]

***Cutting through parking lots to avoid lights***

The number of vehicles cutting through private parking lots to avoid traffic is again on the rise, and with that trend enforcement is not far behind. We understand that no one likes sitting in traffic and the traffic in our city is increasing. However, choosing to cut through parking lots is not only illegal but often times unsafe.

The main areas of focus will be:
-The parking lot at Cummings/US67 (where Don Chanos is.
-The parking lot at Parkway/US67 (where Auto Zone and Alvarado Express Lube is).
-The parking lot at Parkway/Maple (where the Shell Station by the high school is).

Please pass this on to anyone you choose because we would much rather have the problem resolved by awareness and voluntary compliance than through enforcement with citations.
