With EMS week 2026 behind us, we want to take a moment to say thank you to our incredible community. Over and over again this week, you have shown up to support our crews with kindness, appreciation, meals, messages, and encouragement — and it has meant more than words can express.
Our crews come to work each and every day ready to answer the call, serve this community, and help others without hesitation. Whether it’s the middle of the night, during a storm, on a holiday, or in someone’s worst moment, they continue to show dedication, compassion, and professionalism every single day.
We may be biased, but we truly believe we have the best EMS crews around. Thank you for recognizing the hard work they do and for continuing to stand behind them. We are proud to serve this community.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness will never be forgotten.
As we spend time with family and friends this holiday, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave everything in service to our nation.
From all of us at Alvin EMS, we thank and remember our fallen heroes and keep their families in our thoughts today and every day. 🇺🇸
Stay safe this Memorial Day.

On Saturday, two of our medics were in Manvel working alongside Safe Kids Greater Houston and other local child passenger safety technicians to help families ensure their child safety seats were installed correctly and safely.

Throughout the event, seats were checked for proper fit, size, and installation, and a few families in need were even provided with new car seats. Our medics enjoyed the opportunity to work with fellow volunteers and connect with the families in the community.

If you would like to make sure your child's safety seat is the correct size and style and is installed properly, our office has 4 certified technicians available by appointment. Please call 281-388-4363 during business hours to schedule.

Business hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Excluding holidays)
