It doesn’t get any better than this! Our friends, The accordion players and their beautiful music,and celebrating May birthdays! A delicious pistachio cake served up with vanilla bean ice cream! Thank you to our amazing baker, Rodger! He always creates beautiful and delicious cakes for us! We are grateful!

An amazing afternoon with our friends from Miracles in Motion. Visiting with their miniature horses! Carla and friends visiting with the residents. We learned a lot about horses and all that they do at Miracles in Motion.

It is a therapeutic equestrian center in Johnson County Iowa that provides therapeutic horseback riding hippotherapy and adaptive horsemanship for children and adults with physical cognitive and developmental disabilities , as well as for veterans.

They have been serving the community since 1988 .

We are grateful they took time to visit with us today.

We had an amazing performance today with the Dunn Quartet from University of Iowa School of Music. Caring Cadences is an interactive, music therapy in-informed performance.
The residents were very engaged, singing, playing symbols, tambourines.
We are grateful for their beautiful music!
