When a family has suffered the loss of a loved one and requires immediate help, our experienced Counselors compassionately guide them through the details and decisions they must consider. Our Counselors coordinate services with the family’s Funeral Director and others to insure they receive exactly the type of service they desire. They offer solutions tailored to a family’s wishes and financial means. After the service, our Llano family service counselors also provide Aftercare help, including access to No-cost, Qualified Grief Counseling. For those families making the wise choice to Pre-Plan their cemetery preparations, our Llano family counselors assist in creating arrangements designed to provide and pay for all services in advance. In making this wise decision, it spares the family’s survivors the burden of making hasty cemetery choices at the time of bereavement and emotional over-spending.
