I am truly honored to be nominated and the opportunity to attend this training with my fellow classmates across Texas.

Congratulations to the Leadership 254 graduating class of 2025-2026!

Twenty-one county officials completed TAC's 14-month leadership development program, which included four in-depth training modules totaling 79 hours of classroom instruction.

“Leadership 254 taught me that leadership isn’t about having all the answers -- it’s about being willing to listen, learn, connect, and better serve Houston County,” said Terri Meadows, Houston County Clerk and Leadership 254 graduate.
