We are grateful when families take a moment—especially during an emotional hospice transition—to share kind words with our team.💙

For nearly a year, it was our honor to care for a wonderful client in Logan, New Mexico. When his family needed support, we were committed to making sure he received the care he needed, even from two hours away, so his loved ones could have peace of mind.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. We are thankful for the trust families place in us and honored to be part of their journey.

To this family, thank you for your thoughtful words and for allowing us to care for your loved one. Our hearts are with you, and we are grateful to have supported your family along the way.

At Visiting Angels, caregiving goes far beyond the shifts our caregivers work. It starts in our office with a team that truly cares about our clients as people and treats them like family. 💙😇

Recently, one of our veterans was going through an incredibly difficult time. Due to housing issues, he was temporarily staying in a hotel when he had an appointment at the VA that unexpectedly turned into an ER visit. In the middle of everything he was facing, his biggest worry was his blind Chihuahua being left alone without food, water, or comfort.

Our office staff immediately stepped in. We went to the hotel, picked up his sweet pup, cleaned her up, gave her food and water, and made sure she was surrounded with love and care while he focused on getting better.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. Sometimes our clients are facing situations completely out of their control, and being there for them means caring about every part of their lives — including the things and people they love most.🪽💙😇

At Visiting Angels, compassion starts with our office staff and continues through every caregiver who walks through our doors. We are so thankful for the opportunity to care for our veterans and our community every single day. 🇺🇸

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. ❤️🤍💙

At Visiting Angels Amarillo, we are especially grateful for the veterans, military families, and heroes in our community whose courage and service continue to inspire us every day.

As we spend time with family and loved ones this day, let us also take a moment to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave everything in service to our nation.

We remember. We honor. We thank you.

What an incredible event for these veterans to get out and get moving. We are so thankful to be apart this community and support these Veterans. 💙

Our hearts are with one of our Visiting Angels clients and their family who were affected by the recent wildfire in Canyon, Texas. They lost their home and all of their belongings, and we want to do anything we can to help support them during this incredibly difficult time.
