PECO Gas Main Replacement Street Restoration – Church Street / Bannockburn Avenue

Please be advised PECO will be paving portions of Church Street / Bannockburn as part of their gas main replacement beginning the June 18, 2026 Traffic and parking restrictions will be in place during work hours of 7am and 4pm. A temporary road closure may also be required at certain times. However, the contractor will be able to assist residents to gain access to their properties. Any questions or concerns please contact Kehoe Construction at 610-279-0126 who is PECO’s subcontractor for the restoration or the Borough Code Department. Thank you for your patience.

A Water Main Break has occurred at Nash Drive & Kenyon Drive in Upper Dublin. The main will been shut down for repairs at 4:30 pm for approx 4 hours or until completion of the repair. A crew is on-site and will remain on-site to make the repair until the job is complete some time

Here is a map showing the locations of the three municipal parking lots, along with a visual reference for the new designated parking meter zones, each with its respective QR Code and Text Code for the T2 Mobile Pay system.

Full-size versions of the map will be distributed to businesses within the zones, and additional copies will be available to the public at our station. We can also email you a PDF of the map upon request. The map has a lot of information and may not be "smartphone-friendly."

Kiosk Update:
We have identified a few minor programming bugs with the new kiosks. For example, there is currently an issue where the kiosks are not accepting payments between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Our team is actively working to resolve these issues, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to dial in these kiosks correctly. If you have any issues using the new kiosks, please report them to us.

The YMCA summer camp registration is this Thursday May 7th at 6:30 at the YMCA on McKean road NOT IN THE BOROUGH BUILDING THIS YEAR!! Please note
the day, time and location change. This was a decision made by the Y not the Borough. The camp will still run out of the Borough Building and Knight Park.

The street sweeper is back! It’s going to sweep what it can get to today - no tickets will be issued. Tomorrow ticketing will resume.

The Wissahickon School District invites all families, staff and community members to participate in a survey focused on the district’s communication practices. It is designed to gather feedback on how the district shares information, what is working well, and where improvements can be made to better serve the community. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the survey, which is administered by the Donovan Group, an independent communications firm. The anonymous survey is available online at https://dgsurveys.com/r/WSDsurvey and will remain open through Tuesday, May 5.
