No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 cups heavy cream
- Whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish

1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined.
3. Add pumpkin puree, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth and creamy.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until fully combined.
5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
7. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
