Teikiatsu Judo will be hosting a clinic on Sat. and the 2026 State of Iowa Championships on Sun. Megumi Ishikawa will be our clinician for a two part clinic. Youth from 10 am to noon and adults from 1pm to 3pm. on Saturday. The cilinic is sponsored by SIBBA - State of Iowa Black Belt Association. The tournament on Sunday will begin with Senior weigh-ins 8:45 to 9:30 competition beginning at 10am. Juniors weigh-in 11:30am to 12:15pm and begin competition at 1pm. Kata will compete between the seniors and juniors. Register for both events at https://usajudo.smoothcomp.com/en/event/34399 Registration will also be onsite for an additional cost.

Had a Judo family pizza party last night at Teikiatsu Judo. What a great bunch of kids and parents I get to work with. I look forward to every Tuesday and Thursdays workouts. Thanks for making my life so enjoyable.
