Amesbury Public Schools is sad to announce the passing of Mayor David Hildt! David, before becoming Mayor was also a City Councilor and a member of the Amesbury School Committee who was deeply invested in our schools!

He’s here!!! We are very excited to introduce John Obremski the new Principal of the Sgt. Jordan Shay Lower Elementary School to the Amesbury Public Schools Facebook Family!

Finally completing the personnel transitions is Craig Genualdo, the new AHS Dean and Athletic Director replacing Glen Gearin who also retired!
Craig has already been in making himself at home in his new office!
