Please join us to honor the legacy and memory of Chief Bill Wydner!

Saturday, May 6th from 11am-2pm

The family of former Chief Bill Wydner will be hosting a fundraiser for the Amherst Fire Department to remember their precious husband, father, and Papa! They will be serving hotdogs, chips, and lemonade. All proceeds will benefit AFD!

Chief Wydner joined the Amherst Fire Department on February 9, 1967. He served as chief from 1982-2003. Anyone who knows Chief Wydner knows that he loved nothing more than to serve his community, especially AFD.

Amherst Fire Department continues to support the Wydner family and did so much show their love and support when Mr. Wydner passed, that the family would love to honor his legacy by helping serve the community by giving back to the Amherst Fire Department.

Please come enjoy lunch and share a special memory you have of Chief Bill Wydner!

Amherst Fire Department annual Steak & Chicken Dinner. Saturday, April 22. Serving starts at 5 p.m.

Choice of Steak or Chicken.

Sides include baked potato, green beans, salad and various desserts.

Dinner is held at Amherst Fire Department. $20 per person.
