📚 Third-grade learners are off to a great start!

Students in Mrs. Rua’s class completed their first rotation of ELA centers for the school year. They practiced using a thesaurus to find synonyms, identifying sentences and fragments, and reading with partners to build fluency.

Students also learned about RACE—their first writing strategy of the year! RACE stands for Restate the question, Answer the question, Cite evidence and Explain your answer. ✏️
