Caddo County Sheriff's Office Emergencies: 911 or (405) 247-5700 for non-emergencies. Arrestees presumed innocent pending judicial process.

The Caddo County Sheriff's Office has 16 full-time deputies including the Sheriff and Undersheriff. There are 20 Reserve Deputies who assist if they are needed. The Caddo County Sheriff's Office is responsible for covering and protecting 1290 square miles. This includes responding to calls, extra patrol, traffic enforcement, etc. We employ 21 civilian employees including our Detention Officers and

Administrative Assistant. The Caddo County Sheriff's Office has a K-9 unit, Investigators, an SRO Deputy, a Highway Safety Program, ICAC Investigations, Drug Task Force, and works with other agencies for crime enforcement/reduction.

Detention Officer Jail

The Caddo County Detention Center is accepting applications for full-time Detention Officers. Must be at least 18 yrs of age, legally able to work in the United States of America, and pass a background check.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 yrs of age and legally able to work in the United States of America
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Driver's license/State-issued identification
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Copy of any certifications or degrees
Job Duties
Must be able to:
Work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Report for duty at short notice
Display a professional and courteous attitude
Work with minimal supervision

Salary: $2,988.26 a month

Pursuant to the State of Oklahoma Jail Standards, it is required for one male and one female Detention Officer to be available.

Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Anadarko Agency Law Enforcement is currently investigating the incident. If anyone has any information, contact the BIA Law Enforcement at 405-247-6712.
