Caddo County Sheriff's Office Emergencies: 911 or (405) 247-5700 for non-emergencies. Arrestees presumed innocent pending judicial process.

The Caddo County Sheriff's Office has 16 full-time deputies including the Sheriff and Undersheriff. There are 20 Reserve Deputies who assist if they are needed. The Caddo County Sheriff's Office is responsible for covering and protecting 1290 square miles. This includes responding to calls, extra patrol, traffic enforcement, etc. We employ 21 civilian employees including our Detention Officers and

Administrative Assistant. The Caddo County Sheriff's Office has a K-9 unit, Investigators, an SRO Deputy, a Highway Safety Program, ICAC Investigations, Drug Task Force, and works with other agencies for crime enforcement/reduction.

The Caddo County Sheriff's Office lost a retired K-9 yesterday. Curo, who was known by Zues in the community, served with the Caddo County Sheriff's Office from 2017 to 2023 with his partner Deputy Jared Martinez. Curo and then, Deputy Martinez, were the first K-9 team for our office. This program has grown to four dogs today and is a valued program to our agency as well as surrounding agencies that do not have this resource.

Curo, rest easy and in peace. Your service to the citizens, and law enforcement of our community was appreciated and will always be remembered.

Today marks an incredible milestone—the 125th Anniversary of the Caddo County Sheriff's Office. It is an honor to celebrate the rich history, dedication, and service of the men and women who have faithfully protected and served our community for the past 125 years.

For 125 years, this office has stood as a symbol of service, sacrifice, and justice. Countless deputies, detention officers, dispatchers, administrative staff, and support personnel have each contributed to the history we celebrate today. Their dedication has built a foundation that continues to inspire those of us who serve here now.

While we honor those who came before us, we also look toward the future with the same commitment to excellence and service that has defined this office since its beginning.
