CADDO County 911 currently has an opening for a 911 Dispatcher. You can receive an application at the 911 Center located in the CADDO County Courthouse or apply on line at www.caddocounty911.org . Starting Salary is $2,949.65 a month plus benefits which includes Medical and Dental Insurance, Retirement, paid sick leave, vacation & Holidays. Must possess a valid drivers license, High School diploma or equivalent. Be able to pass a background check with no Felonies or serious misdemeanors. Be willing and able to work different shifts, Holidays and weekends.

We currently have two full time 911 Dispatcher openings.
Starting salary is $2,949.65 per month plus Holiday pay & overtime pay when scheduled.
Benefits include paid Health & Life Insurance, Retirement, Earned sick leave & vacation.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Must be willing & available to work shift work including Holidays & weekends when scheduled.
2. Must Pass Background Investigation which includes being fingerprinted & drug testing.
3. Must possess & maintain a valid Drivers License.
4. High School Diploma or equivalent
5. Must be able to multitask, type a minimum of 40 wpm & have some computer skills.
6. Have never been convicted of a Felony or serious Misdemeanor
7. Possess a strong work ethic, a good attitude, teamwork and the ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment, demonstrate excellent decision making, resource allocation, prioritizing & development skills.
