The Refugee Forum of Orange County (RFOC) was formed in 1976 as an umbrella group of organizations and individuals who work with refugees to assist with their successful resettlement in Orange County. The Refugee Forum of Orange County is a network of organizations that outreaches for refugees in addressing employment, housing, transportation, advocacy, interpretation, and health and acculturation

services in order to change policy and meet the needs of refugees in Orange County. We meet bimonthly to discuss the numbers of new arrivals of refugees reported from the State and Department of Social Services Agency of Orange County and exchange information about resources to support refugees in adjusting to the new systems they live in on a daily basis and encourage them to become contributing citizens.
