We are sad to announce that the Foster Care Auxiliary of Orange County Thrift store has closed its doors. We want to thank all our loyal customers, donors, and volunteers for their support over the years. You have helped us make a difference in the lives of many foster youth and families in our community.

Although the thrift store is closing, our mission to support foster youth and families in Orange county is not ending. We will continue to provide scholarships, event tickets, and family activities for our foster care members. We are in the process of developing a new plan to serve OC foster kids in the future. We will share more details about this plan on our website and social media outlets this fall.

We appreciate your understanding and your continued support. Please stay in touch with us and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for updates. Together, we can make a positive impact on the lives of foster youth and families in Orange county.

The Foster Care Thrift Store will be having a $1 each sale for all product in the store tomorrow 10am-5:30pm.

As The Foster Care Auxiliary transitions into our next phase of mainly offering an annual scholarship to a former Orange County foster child pursuing further education after high school, we must say goodbye to our beloved thrift store that made so much possible for foster families in Orange County. Only one month to go so visit now to get some good deals and say goodbye to staff. August will be our last month!

Two new foster moms enjoying the bags made and donated by Girl Scout Troop 8168. Many thanks to these scouts for their creativeness and generosity. These foster moms will get so much use filling these bags each month at our distribution center.
