In honor of Mental Health Awarenss Month Dr. Jesse Payne will be presenting. During this presentation, Dr. Payne will share how understanding your brain can help you lead with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. He will offer practical strategies to strengthen brain health, improve decision making, and manage stress so you can show up at your best for the people and causes that matter most.
Dr. Payne is an educator, speaker, author, and brain health advocate with more than 25 years of experience in education, leadership, and personal development. He has collaborated with Amen Clinics and Amen University to help make brain health education more accessible to youth, families, and communities. Jesse is the author of Change Your Brain, Change Your Life Before 25 and is passionate about helping people understand how the brain shapes behavior, resilience, relationships, and personal growth. He currently serves as the CEO of Higher Ground Youth & Family Services.
