With the blessing and endorsement of our wonderful Chambers County Precinct 5 constable Bradley Moon, I am pleased to announce I will be running for the Chambers County Precinct 5 Constable position in the next election in 2024.
I worked for the Chambers County Sheriffs office from 2002 to 2012 in several positions. I started out as a jailer, and while working full time I attended the Houston Community College police academy. In the police academy I was awarded the top gun award for the class. Upon graduating the police academy I started patrol training with at the time Chambers County patrol Sgt David Hatfield and Chief Deputy Mike Wheat. Now, Mike Wheat is our honorable Justice of the Peace Chambers County Precinct 2, and David Hatfield is the honorable Justice of the Peace precinct 5. I worked several years patrolling all areas of Chambers County- Winnie to Mont Belvieu before becoming a FTO field training officer myself. My final position with the Sheriffs Department was on the Street Crimes unit. My partner and I mainly worked narcotic hot spots in Chambers County. We were a very proactive unit, and it was by far the most exciting and rewarding job I have ever had. It was nice taking the drugs off of our county streets, and it felt good when you helped someone get their life back on track.
